If you cancel your jump within 7 days of your scheduled jump date and time, a cancellation fee of ₱5,000 per jumper or 15% of the total bill (whichever is higher) will apply. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled jump are eligible for a refund, minus a 5% processing fee based on the total amount paid. You may also reschedule your jump to a later date at no additional cost.

Per the United States Parachute Association (USPA) Skydiver's Information Manual, Section 5-7 (Camera Flying), USPA recommends that jumpers be licensed and have completed at least 200 jumps before jumping with any camera, regardless of type, shape, or size. Personal cameras create serious snag hazards with parachute lines and equipment, add distraction during freefall, and can interfere with tandem safety procedures.
